Delete your RSVP Circle account

RSVP Circle is published by ABCIT Group (AB Consulting LLC).

In the app (fastest)

Open RSVP Circle and sign in.
Go to Settings → Delete account.
Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT and enter your password if asked.

You're signed out everywhere at once and get a receipt number. Large accounts may take a few minutes to finish.

Without the app

Email support@abcitgroup.com from the email address on your account (or tell us the mobile number you sign in with) and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm it's you, delete the account within 30 days, and send you the receipt number.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleted: your account, events, guest lists (names, numbers, emails, answers, notes), pictures, co-host links, sign-in details, phones registered for notifications, activity logs and your usage records.
Kept, without your name or account: purchase records for 7 years for tax; a one-way code of your sign-in so the free launch pass isn't given twice (12 months); records of guests who replied STOP, kept 4 years by number code only.
Backups: copies in our backups and recovery system are kept for 30 days and then expire.
